Growing up in Hamilton, New Zealand, Matthew has long-held a keen interest in film and television. Along with friends from school he has helped make numerous short films that have gone on to feature in several New Zealand and international film competitions and Festivals. Recently he has moved into stop motion and 2D cardboard/paper animation. He hopes to continue to develop in the field of animation and create new and exciting worlds and stories.
